Conditions of participation in the SwissDream competition

1. General terms and conditions:

The competition is open to all natural persons residing in Switzerland who are at least 18 years old.
Participation is free of charge.
Only one entry per person is allowed.
2. How to enter:

The only way to enter the competition is by filling in the competition entry form on the SwissDream website.
3. Data protection:

The contact details of participants and winners will not be passed on to third parties or published on the internet.
Contact details will only be used for the purposes of this competition (winner contact).
Choco-Diffusion SA guarantees that the collection, processing and use of your personal data will be in accordance with the Swiss Data Protection Act.
4. Liability:

The organiser cannot be held responsible in the event of non-delivery.

5. Duration of the competition:

The competition will run until December 2024.
Five winners will be drawn each month.
6. Changes to conditions and acceptance of rules:

Participation in the competition implies full and unreserved acceptance of these rules.
By entering the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these rules.
Failure to comply with these rules will result in the participant's disqualification from the competition.
All disputes relating to the interpretation or application of these rules shall be finally settled by the Promoter without recourse to further appeal.
The Organising Company reserves the right to amend the rules, postpone or cancel the competition if circumstances so warrant.
Any legal recourse is excluded.
